Since coming to office, the Trump Administration has attempted to attack science and public research funding in countless ways, including by cancelling NIH grants and fellowships and blocking review of grant applications. Our larger national union, UAW, is one of the plaintiffs in a case filed in federal court by the ACLU that is challenging these cancellations. It is crucial for us to help provide information and gather information about the impact of NIH grant terminations (both termination of individual grants and termination of grant programs) or grant applications that were delayed without answer or administratively withdrawn by NIH.
