Our union, UAW, is one of the plaintiffs in a case filed in federal court by the ACLU that is challenging NIH grant cancellations. If you have been impacted by NIH grant cancellations, please fill out this form by Wednesday, June 11.
The case is seeking to reverse the termination NIH grants (both termination of individual grants/fellowships (including R01, K99/R00, F31, F32 and T32) and termination of grant programs, such as IRACDA or PREP) or grant applications that were delayed without answer or administratively withdrawn by NIH. It is possible that the judge may only act on grants/applications that are reported by the plaintiffs, so if you have been impacted, it’s critical that you fill out this form.
